It’s December 1966 and New Zealand, Rugby League star, Graham Kennedy, has signed a contract to coach Wagga Kangaroos for three years.
Chisholm Fountain presented to Wagga Wagga Hospital
Wagga Wagga Hospital in 1896 on the corner of Johnston and Tarcutta streets. This was Wagga’s second hospital established about 1860. The fountain is known as the Chisholm Fountain having been presented by Hospital President, Frederick Chisholm of Bulls Run to the hospital in 1885.
