The Wal Fife Room contains a wealth of material and records gathered during Wal Fife’s lifetime in the community and in politics. Your Society along with others has been assisting Wal and Marcia in establishing the rooms and indexing its contents.
We are very pleased to advise that the Blessing and Official Opening of the Wal Fife Room will be conducted by the Most Reverend Gerard Hanna, Bishop of Wagga Wagga on Saturday 13th December commencing at 2.30pm.
The general public is very welcome to attend and to view the materials and special displays which will be on display. Parking will be available at the Kildare carpark with access off Kildare Ave.
