The NSW Registry is in the final stages of preparing to launch a new core system, LifeLink, and a new Family History web application via the Registry’s current public website. Please read on to ensure you are prepared for the changes ahead.
From 23rd June?
The new Family History web application will execute searches from a single search screen and will have an improved layout with dynamic field behaviour making the search simpler to complete. The new application will also provide for delivery of certificates via email as PDF files, or by post and there will be an improved confirmation email after ordering (containing relevant information that can be used to assist with any follow-up). There will be online help and in addition, the ‘open register period’ will refresh daily instead of annually.
