Wikipedia has a list of Australian diarists of World War I. The list although incomplete contains over one thousand diarists. There are three diarists listed as originating from Wagga Wagga.They are Thomas Hawkes, William Worth and Walter Wright.

Also listed is Henry Gissing who though originating in Ashfield came to Wagga as a Pharmacist immediately following the war in 1919. His original diaries are in the Mitchell Library in Sydney. They were published in book form in 2003 and copies of the book are available in Wagga from the City Library, CSU Riverina Archives and the Wagga Wagga and District Family History Library.
